Disconnect a social account

To remove SuprPost’ access to a connected Instagram (or other platform) account, go to your workspace’s Accounts page and disconnect the account. This immediately and permanently deletes the stored access token — SuprPost can no longer publish, read insights, or manage messages/comments on that account.

On X, YouTube, and Bluesky, disconnecting also revokes SuprPost’ authorization on the platform itself, unless the same account is still connected in another SuprPost workspace. Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, and Pinterest don’t let apps revoke their own authorization, so to remove it there as well, see “Removing SuprPost directly from a connected platform” below.

Delete your SuprPost account and data

Sign in to SuprPost, open Account settings → Account, and choose Delete account under Privacy & account. This immediately and permanently deletes your account and the workspaces you own, with their scheduled/published posts, uploaded media and webhooks; disconnects their social accounts as described above; cancels any paid subscription; and revokes your API keys and connected LLM apps. Posts and media you created in workspaces owned by someone else stay with those workspaces.

If you can’t sign in, email support@suprpo.st from the email address on your account. We will confirm your identity and permanently delete your data within 30 days.

Removing SuprPost directly from a connected platform

You can also revoke SuprPost’ access at any time from the connected platform itself, without visiting SuprPost: on Instagram, Facebook, or Threads, via that account’s Settings → Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations) page; on LinkedIn, via Settings & Privacy → Data privacy → Other applications; on YouTube, via your Google Account’s Security → Third-party apps with account access page; on Pinterest, via Settings → Security and login → Apps. This ends SuprPost’ authorization on that platform; disconnect the account in SuprPost too to delete its stored access token.
